Fan leaves drying out and rusty???

I am currently growing 3 plants in a 5 gallon dwc using a 250w hps inside a Homebox L and im on the 13th day of flowering. I am using the whole line of techna flora flowering nutes at about 500 ppm and 5.7 ph. I started out low on the ppm as the chart for technaflora suggests to go 1200 ppm because i didnt want to burn the plants and about 3-4 days after i give them the nutes I notice leaves are starting to dry out. I have been checking ppm daily and it only dropped about 40-50 points within those 3 days. I have even looked at the defeciency charts and none of the pics seem to be helping. Can anyone tell me what the problem might be?

I dont have a thermometer but I leave the tent open during the day and its right beside a vent in the room that stays on about 65-70 during the day and I just zip the tent up and night during dark period.

knowing the temp at plant level is important.

"rust spots" lead me to think about mg def?? maybe try some epson diluted into foliar spray. or if dro just add to reservoir.

sometimes white flies can have that effect. hard to tell with your pics they are not clear.

best of luck

You can get a thermometer w/ humidity guage for under 5 bucks at lowe's, wal mart etc. If it is happening on the lower fan leaves this is normal for some strains. How close is your fan? Try turning it down or deflecting the breeze off of a wall or something. Best of luck my friend.
