Hey experts, Rep +++ for good feedback!

Over the last 2 days my fan leaves seem to be more pointing upwards.. Anyone seen this, should I be concerned or not so much?

Day 25 ish of flowering GH 3 part nutes at 3-2-1

Thanks,

BL

That's a good thing, because it means that the plant is happy, reaching for the light, and waiting for the next rain to come.(those upward pointing leaves channel rainwater towards the main stem, in nature) It means that all processes are running smoothly.

Fantastic then... To cover mistakes I didnt say what I did to cause this LOL.. I upped the nutes from 380 ppm to 460 ppm. I am in week 3 of flowering and have had my ppms low because I was recovering from burn.

Thanks

Sounds like you're taking care of things quite nicely.

My plants do this sometimes too.

Neat to know the specific agency it plays in preserving the species. +rep to jawbrodt.

Good to know. My Honeymoon plant has been pointing towards the sky since the beginning. Just switched out to flower on Monday, so cant wait to see the results.

P.S. The strain has alot to do with it, as well. Some naturally lay flatter than others, so don't freak out if they don't all look like that. :)

Off topic but I am wondering whats the best way to tell a indica vs sativa visually?
Very basically - Sativa: ‘fingers’ on leaves long and thin, can be lighter green in general, buds are thinner, airier, less dense. Less resin, increased levels of THC (though that is not visable)

Indica: wider/fatter leaves, can be darker green in general, buds are thicker and denser. More resin, decreased levels of THC with increased levels of CBD (though neither are visible)

When you get to crosses some can easily fool you into believing they are more one or the other than they actually are.

Thanks buddy; yeah I think most the strains in my garden are hybrids....
