Fan Leaves

I went and cut 3 Fan leaves off. One was blocking where there are multiple leaves beginning to grow.

The other 2 were just covering up some other sites as well.

Do I need to wait before I cut anything else such as topping. So it can re cooperate over the night and the week to come?

From what I've read, you'll probably want to cut them in short bursts as you don't want to shock or put any stress on your plant.

Is 3 fan leaves ok? Or was that bad!?!?!

How old is the plant you're talking about? If it's a seedling or very young (or small) you may want to wait before removing any more plant material. If it's healthy and well into the veg cycle then go ahead and top the plant. But really... unless the leaves are dead/dying, covering colas, or you're lolli-popping the plant, there's no real benefit to remove them.
