24 hours, its good for the plant to get fresh air 24 hours, and it help prevent mold from growing

i've used them on only with the light and has worked out pretty good for me. or the temp would fall too much for me at night if i left them on.

I turn the fan off during their dark cycle in veg but leave it on 24/7 in flower.

I have my fan to shut off about 15min after my light turns of to ensure that It's nice and cool in my room.
