Check out 3MG A lot of rational and intelligent, past and present, RIU members hang there as well.

I'll be there. Thanks Man.

I'm cutting it with 3ma. The management panders to Townsend, letting him spam incessantly while showing his ass. They do work to keep us in the queue with our wallets open. Rather than take reasonable steps to protect ourselves, they would rather we pony up and, for a mere 400 dollars an hour, have high powered attorneys cop plea deals for us. Townsend generously offers medical testimony at a bargain rate of 300 dollars an hour to and from his front door; a cost that I offered a tonic against and which he colluded with the managemeent to censor. I will continue to advocate here and in other venues for the kind of patient protection we all need. Once a great example of participatory activism, the site is now nothing more than an island of spam in an endless ocean of dumbfuckness.

I hear you brother, they are quite a group of "professionals" over there at 3ma ;-)

I've had a chance to chat with some of Komorn's clients as well and 8k for a plea with no consideration for trial does nothing good for our community IMO

what's that Prarie bill 0666? It not having an option to have both cards is very telling. Pharma whores vs. Michigan patients and caregivers... Wtf. They apparently don't feel there's ultimately room for both systems w/ that either or shit. What is their role in Canada?

It is clearly the next in a number of next moves to bring all use under the government. Is it true that Canadians had their grow rights removed in favor of this? I have feelers out on the 3mg board and hope to find more.

I mean seriously this has been bugging me all morning, this is the company they want to grow for MI,im seriously stupefied what the hell we have to stop this, the caregiver model we have now works just fine in my opinion with dispensaries taking the overflow of patients that have no caregiver, leave it alone this how we voted, sure they say the program we have now wont change we all know that's malarkey, what can I personally do besides write to my local lawmakers? im ready for a war this has got my blood stirring.

we all need to agree on some goals.(hardest part) some long term and short term

i don't see how pushing for full decrim is gonna be a good idea. i think thats gonna get us into the same hole as Canada and WA. not this soon anyway.

i personally feel we need to get the MMMP cemented and protected before we try to do anything else. while we all toil trying to make MI hippy state number 1 they could get it all shut down right in front of our faces like in the other places.

i feel like no matter what happens the MMMP needs to stay intact and protected. their are a lot of people that benefit for the caregiver/patient relationship. that would be SO if they had to buy everything from walgreens.

Yep. The patient/caregiver model was completely upended in Canada. Now patients have two options: Either buy the mass produced weed from the likes of Prairie Plant Systems, or go back under ground and grow their own illegally. Not a good outcome. I'm assuming something similar would eventually happen here if this bill doesn't get the axe.

Ceph.. that video with ridiculous medicine kinda calmed me down to see Prarie as slightly less of a threat. You can't deny that said company doesn't enjoy stealing med patients rights, if given the opportunity, to make millions off garbage like they're doing while currently based out of Saskatoon.

the canadian law has called for thc levels to under a certain limit, so PPS claims that they had to thin it out w leaf, ha. also any terpines that may have been there disappeared the moment they had to irradiate the medicine from the molds they grew into it.

oh man it was funny when I watched this latenight half awake... when urban grower opened the gold pkg and those nice dense beautiful nugs rolled out... I was surprised and immediately nervous! (and then he rolls out the real prarie garbage weed) Ha, guess you all got me w that gag. tripped me out for a few seconds, all disoriented and shit. Now I know that company honestly sucks, kinda relieved thanks.

My sister is Canadian now. while you're right about patient and caregiver in there system its much less enforced already. In Toronto and Missassauga there are virtually no arrests at any level.
