Favorite high yielding, good potency strain?

Sup RIU,
I'm about to start a new grow and plan on having one monsterous plant under a 400W HPS/MH with fluorescent supplemental lighting in a closet (all specs are in my current grow log in my sig)
I need to choose the perfect strain to carry out this task and here are the specs im looking for:very high yield, pretty good potency(doesnt have to be amazing), and hopefully under 9 weeks flowering.
Any ideas on personal favorites of good strains to match those characteristics?

Big Bud hybrids

Big Bud will certainly bring you quantity. My buddy is on the first run of some BB from seed and he has a really nice pheno. Long branches of bud with a very minty smell. Probably have a menthol type taste.

I like the AK I'm growing now. Its the fastest plant I have and has a lot of buds for its size.

Northern Lights is a huge producer and gets done pretty quick.

Joey Weed has an AKxBlueBerry that is a fast flowerer and a HUGE yielder and the seeds are cheap.

I was originally thinking Big Bud but i have read so much about it being terrible end product. So i was thinking about the big Bud x Northern Lights hybrid, but people say that weed sux to. Have u heard differently?

I've had some good big bud, but I've seen some terrible big bud at dispensaries.

I don't think there is any harm in trying a strain. If grown well it will be much better than anything you can buy near you.

white widow. period. only about 15 % THC (roughly) but its always a fav and yields really well, especially grown with good lighting/care. Big bud is an award winning strain also, i dont know who told you it was crap. Also, you want to harvest at the right time. Check the crystals with a scope and when roughly 60-70% of the hairs turn auburn your good to go to curing, cure for three weeks ad you could have an ounce of widow, cured and ready to blow your mind in about 20 weeks (from seed to smoke including curing)
