Ok, so it's the weekend following thanksgiving. We all know what that means.

Football, sweatpants, and leftovers.

For me personallly, it's all about hittin up the sweet potatoes and pies (i've got a sweettooth fosho..).

What's the first thing to go in your fridge after the holiday?

The full plate. Ham, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, rolls, and lefse.
It made for a good breakfast this morning.

First year without thanksgiving dinner.:-(

Gotta make sure I make it over there next year.

If it was available I would be fucking up some turkey, mashed potatoes, dressing/stuffing, moms famous beans, and maybe a bun to throw a little of all that together for a thanksgiving sandwich.:hug:

Fuck green bean casserole (rather have freshed steamed)
Not a big fan of those creamy cheesy potatoes either (takes up too much belly room that could be utilized more efficiently)

I don't think anybody gives a thought towards why they're celebrating in the first place.. So fuck it man, go buy yourself a turkey and all the goods right now!

Any turkey fryers out there??

Only made it back East for that once but god damn...I see now why people risk almost burning down the neighborhood cus that shit is amazing.

And apple or pumpkin pie if ya had to choose 1?

I'm all about the fried turkey. If you take a few minutes to learn the way to do correctly, there is very little risk of fire. Unfortunately, most men are not very good at instructions, so that can be an issue for some.

What a pain to clean up though. Its a major deterrent.
