After I outright refused the initial solution, and several emails about how I feel the situation was handled another manager reached back out to me. They have agreed to send me a replacement lamp as initially requested, so I am satisfied with the resolution. Sorry for spamming the site.

I was ready to buy 2 of these lights or the fce8000. Have some doubts now, whats a comparable light? Size and price etc. $6-800 range, 6-800 watt range

I bought a Mars Hydro TS 2000. Light came quick. That shit out of the box, plugged in, within 5 minutes was too hot to touch. Back in box - returned.

Purchased a BESTVA PRO 2000w. Best move I made. Got another one soon after, my shits rockin.

You're only giving me more confidence that sending it back was the right thing to do... fuck MH

most homeowners insurance doesn't cover weed accidents. so, what happens if your house burns down? Just lawyer up on MarsHydro?
