Feeder hose question

Okay i just set up my first bubble ponics system do i want the feeder hoses to drip out water to the rock woll cubes or do i want a nice and steady slow stream?

A steady stream is too much. It is supposed to be a spitting of air and water, but they are hard to get adjusted and steady and that is the problem with the system. IMO, the better approach is to scrap the pump and tubes and use the method in the link below. But if you do use the tubes, make sure they are spitting on the side of the cube about halfway down, and not on top.

thats what i thought and yeah that was another question do you think it would be allright to actually stick the tube into the side of the cube or just let it hang there

Bottom line, it's whatever keeps the cube wet enough but not too wet. I still think the bubbles alone do a better job but that's just me.
