Feeding dosage in relation to size of plant?

I'm using PBP, and plants are currently outdoors vegging happily in 5 gal buckets.
They're about 1-2 ft bushes, and I'm feeding 2 tablespoon per gallon.

I can already tell that this year my plants are going to be a lot bigger than the last,
so my question is if when they reach 3+ feet during veg, are they going to require double the dosage or do I still feed them 2 tablespoon/gal?

Just want to make sure before they show signs of deficiency. And there are so many shades of green that I can't really tell if they're getting the optimal dosage.
Someone's going to tell me to keep increasing the dosage until they show signs of tip burn then back off, but I would like a rough idea of what to expect, from anyone that's grown trees before.

Appreciate it, thanks!
