Feeding each time I water in Coco Coir / perlite

I am using Botanicare Pro for veg.

Since coco needs to be fed every time it is watered, should the nutes be at a lower strength than what ithe directions say for

veg. which is 1 oz per gallon since I have to water daily?

You can definitely dial it back a bit. Ultimately you'll want to watch what the plant needs and adjust for that.

Standard procedure is to always start with half strength from recommended dosage, and watch plant response from there. If it can take more, give it more, but you can run full grows seed to chop at half strength no problem. Some plants/phenos may want less than half.

Is there any need for extra cal-mag just because it's coco coir? Like 1-2ml per gallon statically?

Personally, I say yes. Plenty of people do coco grows without added calmag, and if you're using tap water it often has sufficient cal, and possibly mag. But me personally, if i stop using calmag in my regimen I almost immediately get "striped" leaves. It doesn't hurt to just add 2.5ml/gal, it will likely keep you from getting a deficiency.

A lot depends on your water. Watch your plants when you see orange, punctate rust spots starting to appear mid level in your plants they are asking for Ca.
