Feeding times

Usually your nutrients should come with a schedule. How often do you water your plants? I only ask because I noticed you said everyday

You don't have to water a plant that small everyday even if you are in coco. When the plants get bigger and have a decent root system then you start watering everyday.

The perlite is turning green from algae because the coco is just staying wet and the plants are too small to uptake the moisture in the coco. You're basically just pouring more nutrient solution into already saturated coco. When the plants get bigger they'll suck the coco dry. Coco or soil if the perlite on the top is growing algae then you're keeping it too wet.

Yeah when my plants are small I don't super saturate the soil because they don't drink that much and don't want any fungal issues. Usually a cup or two of water/feed is fine for the smaller babies. Plus cannabis likes being on the dryer side. No need to be dumping half gallon of water yet.

I don't think any damage is done but you'll get better root growth if you let that coco dry out some. Don't let it dry out all the way but let it get damp not soaking wet. I don't know how long that will take so I'm not going to say feed every X amount of days. It might take a few days for the coco to dry out to the point you need to water again.
