Female right??

I got a couple questions..

For one im a first time grower so this is a female right..??

It has them white pistils all over it and smells unbelievable

2nd

How long does it usually take to start budding..

Its the end of August so around what time do you think it will be ready for harvesting??

If it has buds forming, but no sign of "balls", it's a female.

Northeast growers typically harvest mid to late October depending on
weather conditions (i.e. frost warnings). Keep an eye on the trichomes (the sticky stuff). They should change from a milky white color to an amber (yellowish brown).
When about 70% of the trichomes are amber, you should harvest.
