lol I knew you would say I shouldn't have done it kite, I guess you have a valid point though. Thanks Ec I think your right .

Ok the theory on reduced smell was wrong, still getting stronger. Walked up the stairs this morning and got hit in the face with the smell of weed. And still no buds yet.

What are your experiences with stinky c99 phenos Kite? Are they rare or did I just luck out last grow with the super low odour one?

She has responded already, 20 hours later.

Hey Thanks for the support dude, yeah , I'm actually really happy with how she turned out! I am starting to dream of a few zips again.. here's a shot I just got of her at lights off. Believe it or not those weak stems are getting stronger already, a lot of them have even formed little knuckles at the node !, You know, like the ones you get when you top a plant, as if the plant has placed them in a dominant bud mode... should really have got a pic of that, couldn't believe it.

Yeah man they'll only get stronger now hey :D i think you'll surprise yourself just how good she'll be ;)

So sorry man, been meaning to take a pic for you. Here's 2 :)

She took a long time to get going but is finally showing some good growth and she is a very nute hungry girl too, Ive been feeding her full strength nutes every day and no sign of any nute burn!!

Cheers mate :) and yeah I've seen a few reports now of some slow growing C99's. I thought it may have been because it's the G13 Labs version. Still, she's doing better now!

Have you found all of your C99's to love the nutes? I've been on full strength for about 10 days now and she looks like she could still go more...

yeah definitely man, she can definitely handle the nutes, and watch out for magnesium deficiency at about 3 weeks flower, that's what buggered up my last grow I am fairly sure.

I'll be following your grow:) Good Luck!
I got a Female Seeds C99 that's 5 weeks old. I put her in flower 6 days ago, and no pistils yet.

I am also growing some female seeds c99. Had three in veg, just took 18 clones, and going to stick one of the mothers outside tomorrow along with a blue dream mother. They are some stinky mothers lol

on my first grow(I even named a thread with equivalent watts lol) I sprouted C'99 and till the 25th day it was only a size of a lighter.. https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/574212-1st-grow-c99-200w-cfl-2.html#post8230052
but I was vegging it with 25w cfl + 18w led bulbs. Then I added 2x25W cfls and it exploded in growth. I dunno if that was the light, cause I was keeping those two lamps pretty close to the plant and it was not stretchy at all(it had less than 1cm between the nodes) but at around one month it started growing really well and I harvested quite a nice plant in the end. With 148w in total I yielded 40g(1.4oz).. But my was female seeds and I really think that it was due to lack of light so your case might be different. Also your plant looks so different from mine..

Day 17 of 12/12 now and 7 since pistils. This time last grow I had full on bud production I think. This one is only starting to kick up a gear and I'm seeing more and more pistils each day. Not be long now until I get some buds developing.

Lessons learned from this so far, I won't be flipping to flower at 6 inches again. She has waited until 4 weeks of age to start budding anyway so I may as well have vegged her a bit longer and then flipped. last time I took her to 25 days veg and flowering started pretty quick. This time I took her to 16 days and she has taken 17 days to get going. I also shouldn't have supercropped, that probably set her back too.

Just fed her there, she always goes droopy after a watering, then looks great next day.. I've also started a little bondage. Those main branches are trying to shoot up so I'm trying to keep them even with all the other little tops. I have been bending those other tops back and forward a few times a day to try and strengthen them, it seems to be working.

One good thing I have taken from this grow is this chilli food i'm using, seems to be working a treat.

Here's what I mean about her looking a lot happier after she dries out a bit...

Guys I need some advice here. Ok this food I have been giving it says, for chillis, 5mls per litre for seedlings and plants and 10 mls per litre from the onset of fruiting. So, I have been giving this plant 5mls per feeding, and I have been going feed feed water. Do you think she looks happy enough with 5mls per litre for now or should I try and bump it up, or should I wait until she's full flowering before easing her up?

ps my camera has just packed it in, so hopefully I can get the gfs camera phone to connect to this computer or there may be no updates for a week or 2

Maintain green leaves and no burnt tips and your golden. Having not really used that product that's the best I can advise. She looks good from what I see.

I agree with kite ^^
it seems to be working fine the way you are doing it.
do you have another kind of food for flowering?
I tried looking up food for chilies, and only found tomatoe food.

Cheers man :)

Mine's vegging under a 600w MH hence why i think it is growing real slowly! She's picking up pace now though and from experience with slow to veg sativas, im.pretty sure this girl will stretch like crazy in flower ;)

And Puff, if you really want to keep upping the nutes, do it 1 mL at a time, that way you'll know how much to go back to if it burns. She's looking good though man, real good :D
