Feminized Plant Questions!

okay first off I have a sativa dominant top 44 x with bubblegum and its 2 and a half months into flower, I'm moving soon and had insufficient lighting just 5 CFl's and some UV/bluelight LED's so my plant was looking pretty underdeveloped...
MY question is if I were to move her outdoors right now would it re-veg or finish flowering within the next month?
also how are feminized plants created I thought it had something to do with silver and electricity but idk how that could work... my bro in law says that they are genetically modified lol he thinks a bag seed would be better but I know that isn't true unless u wanna grow mids the rest of your life..
is it better off to get regular seeds will they be female 90% of the time if you do it right?
Is it worth getting auto flowering seeds? will they flower under 24hrs light like people say?
I also have clones outside that are already shooting pistils from the top is this normal because my indoor plant only had pre-flowers until I switched the cycle to 12/12 ...

That trip transporting was a trip though lol I don't even have a valid license and she fell over on the way I had to put it in a basket with a sheet over it lmao! gotta love FL, will my buds get much fatter now that they are outdoors I feel like it should only have another month or will they just dry up and fall off any advice and info is much appreciated thanks RIU smoke on!

I can't answer for reverting if it goes outside now, but feminized seeds are created by stressing a female plant (spraying colloidal silver is one method) until it creates males flowers, when you then pollinate another female plant with this female pollen, you get feminized seeds.
Regular seeds are going to be closer to 50/50-ish. Definitely not 90% female and it's not the result of something you do or don't do.
I have never tried autos but I would veg 24/0 under any circumstance with any plant. That's my preference though, I know plenty do it and it works (for them if the prefer bigger less potent plants). I've done it and it works (in veg on normal or gem seeds) but my plants weren't as "happy"bas when they get some down time. I find they are more stressed in 24/0.
Finally, clones are actually the age of the plant ether were cut from, and older plants will show preflowers even in veg light - a totally normal to see on clones.

The way you make a feminized plant is with colloidal silver which is easy to make. You get 2 pieces of silver of no less than .925 pure(sterling silver) and you hook them up to a 12v power supply let sit in water (tap will work) until slag starts to form, then run that water through a coffee filter and put in a spay bottle.(NOTE!... This doesn't make human consumable colloidal silver! Anywhere you spray this will no longer be consumable.) After you got the liquid you can spray it on you plant 2 weeks before flip and continue spraying each week until male formations start.
