FF feeding schedule question

I am in my 2nd grow but this is my 1st using the trio from FF. I was wondering, does the schedule go by flowering at 4 weeks or does it matter when you flower?

This schedule > http://www.foxfarmfertilizer.com/soilfeed.pdf They start flowering at week 4, but you dont have to. Do the week 3 schedule every other watering until you want to flower then go to week 5. Good luck.
