filtered water to remove fluoride, needed amendments??

I use a water filter to filter out the fluoride and other such harmful chemicals in typical tap water, do I need to add minerals or anything to this to make it the most beneficial water to my plants as possible?
Thanks in advance!

I use RO water sometimes so I give an organic liquid cal mag when I do. Low dose though and every other watering...my mix contains macros but these can be difficult to make available because dry amendments take awhile to break down. I collect rain water and use dehumidifier water when I have to as well...by any means necessary I say. I use General organics brand but I know there's other ways to supply it like hydrated lime if your mix is weak on macros
