Well I think I finally under watered my plants. I had been watering every 2 days which was too much, this is why I decided to let them dry out a bit. I had watered monday night and did not water again until this morning. Here are the pics before I watered. Its weird, the soil was feeling very dry yesterday, but today when I felt down far into the dirt I swear it seemed much more damp then the day before (low humidity in my box), I still decided to water anyways. Watered until water just started to dribble out the bottom.

--Growing white widow at day 9 of being in soil.
--Using 1 gal grow bags for my sog grow.
--Lights have been moved about 3-4 inches away just this morning, was around 2 . before but seemed to start burning one.
--Soil is Fox Farm Ocean Forest (i'm told this holds water for a long time)

Here are some pics, and heres the link to my log https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/233404-white-window-indoor-soil-grow.html

Your plant is not underwatered.

Overwatering makes the tips of the leaves droop, underwatering makes the whole leaf and stem droop, which is clearly not the case here.

Your plant looks healthy. But because you had it grow in a large container, the soil can take up more water. Also, the roots may tend to stretch in order to reach the water, that's why it's always suggested to start your seedlings off in a small cup.

Here's a useful trick for watering: add so much water so that 20% accumulates in the dish under the container. When the first 2 inches of soil are dry, you should water again. This may not apply to seedlings, because it's much harder for them to actually absorb a large quantity of water.
