Finding seeds a week before harvest

Needless to say...

Yup I found some seeds after noticing some banana's. It's my first grow and I know I have lots to learn. However its extreamly disappointing after all this hard work. I'm lost as to what to do. ? . I need to flush 3 plants one more time (was going to be tomorrow morning) so I can harvest in a few days. TODAY I found seeds. While picking out banana's I found a couple seeds. Should I cut them down now before it gets worse ? Or should I continue with my flush and cut in a few days ?

Any help or comments are greatly appreciated.

Are they mature seeds or whiteys? I would cut them, the plants are focused on making seeds now not finishing the buds.

If you've already flushed once they will probably be just fine man, i would hack and hang if I were you just so they don't polinate more and get a bunch of premie seeds in there before harvest.

Thanks man. It's heart breaking. The bud looks incredible but now that I'm finding mature seeds I now know it's not going to be as good as it should be.

I appreciate your help and support. I will follow your direction and chop tomorrow.

I'm sure it will still be worth smoking, and if not press it all into rosin!

I would let them finish properly if you are at a late flowering stage (5-6+ weeks). A plant will have seeded and unseeded buds, you will get more yield. The seeds are already there anyway. I had this happen to me 2 times already, also in my first grow. I let them finish, was a good smoke, as good as ever and really frosty buds. And I wouldn't flush, starving a plant is never a good idea.

There's a panic attack every time someone gets a hermie. I understand hermies are a bad sight in early flowering, but late flowering? It's not that bad if you know what to do. Just remove the bananas carefully with tweezers and let them finish imho. You will still get a good product.

Thank you very much for your advice. Wise words noted.

I'm actually week 10 of flowering. The trichomes are milky and the white hair to orange is 50/50 or 60/50 orange. I was going to do one flush tomorrow because the ppm's are 1600+. If I let it go anymore than 7 days I feel I'm going to go way over the harvest deadline. I could be wrong so please correct me if I am wrong.

These are last night's pictures. I picked them off with tweezers but during that process I found 2 mature seeds and one other I couldn't even pick out. Do you think I should flush and cut as planned over the next 4 days or cut immediately ?
WOW! Those are really nice.
If they are not finished they are really close. See what others say.
Wasn't expecting such pretty buds, great work.

So what? Some believe that seeded delivers a different buzz. Some say better! Seeded weed has several more cannabinoids then unseeded!

FLUSH? Final flushing - removes NOTHING from the plant. It is based on an old school idea that is based in logic. While it sounds good by logic. It has zero basis in actual plant biology!
The plant is not capable of having any "nutrient" flushed from it.

The idea of the fade is in reality. Kind of dumb. The bulk of the "stored" nutrition in a plant is mostly in the roots. As that is used up by the plant. It then begins to feed off it's self in a desperate attempt to reproduce. The things you want to remove from the parts of the plant we smoke. Is exactly where this nutrition is being sent. Your reducing nothing.

All your doing is forcing the plant to ripen faster. This reduces the end bulk and potency by not allowing the plant to mature on it's own, natural, biological process!
The real maturing of terps and THC. Are adversely effected by causing the plant to speed up it's demise..

Spend some time finding out how to dry and cure properly! It'll all be better that way...

This "flushing" horse is so dead......The nutrient companies need to stop beating it.

Those who carry the myth on need to
and get educated....

NOT a personal attack!
Simply information you need to consider for growing to the best potentials of a strain.. There's is so much you loose by flushing and starving a plant for 2 weeks...Fading doesn't work either.

Lol thanks. I would have thought the somewhere in the beginning of November this started. It wasn't until the about 10 days ago I noticed a almost halt on bud growth. So I have been patiently waiting for the trichomes to get fully milky and 75% orange hair. Which I'd say will be the end of next week. But as I always say, ( I'm NO expert. First try. But big enthusiast and put over a 1000 bucks into this.

We'll thanks dr. Who. You always have solid advice and I appreciate your help and the time you took to share that knowledge with me.

I will continue to learn and study more on growth development. Being so enthusiastic makes me panic a little more too. I enjoy talking with everyone on here and learning from one another's experiences.

Thanks again.
