Best guess: Nitrogen. you are budding so the plant is growing flowers, using your p (bloom booster and root stimulator) and k (http://www.smart-fertilizer.com/articles/potassium-in-plants -cause i couldnt summarize well enough.) While nitrogen is still necessary, it primarily promotes branches and leaves. Fox farm has a ratio of .01-.03-.07 to give you an idea of what your basic guaranteed analysis ratio should be like.

I hate to sound like a broken record on RIU but the alternative is you could be overwatering (read change your watering schedule slightly to allow proper drying of the medium.)

To improve your grow you need more light cause all i see is stretch. cfl spotlights are cheapish and you can put them an inch or two from your main stalks without damage. Also just as necessary you need 3-5 times as much root room to produce a profit. Then you can work on the more costly ph, rh, and whatnot.
