We will get more if it seems like we need to. And LEDs seem to be a good option, and there are much bigger and brighter LED Corn lights.

And I might add like 100-300W of HPS during flower, I have not decided yet, but I used to have an HPS and I can't find it now. But if I were to get another one, I wouldn't want to get one that used to much electricity. I think the LED will work well though, and it wasn't very expensive at all.

I don't think you guys have wrapped your heads around what is happening here.

If I were just going to grow Banana Crack and breed it with White Strawberry Skunk, that would be Newsworthy in the Marijuana world the way things are going right now.

Right now the way breeding goes is "I like Blueberry, I like Trainwreck, I will make Blueberry Trainwreck" and about the most advanced breeding gets is "I am going to cross plants with high THC content" or "frosty nugs" or "CBD content".

No one at all, as far as I am aware, has noticed that African strains created things like Cherry Pie, and other good flavor strains; as well as has high THCv content. And then decided to breed those with Highly Aromatic strains. Strains that would cost something like $60 for 1/8th, even in Colorado or California, so some really good shit.

Then I will cross that with a Haze, or Kush, or other heavy hitter.

When these strains are available in Dispensaries, people are going to go crazy for them. Look at how many people picked up Bethenney Frankle's "Skinny Girl Marijuana" story, that's actually what this is, but mine is way better than hers was supposed to be, and I am actually doing it.

Also, here is my plan for pollination:

I will do the same thing I did when I made that strain from Bagseed. Some people may remember it, it was the same year as the final 4/20 rally before the ban started. But anyways, what I did was let a Male plant live and then when it got to a good size I put a plastic bag over it, to act something like a plant condom. Then once it exploded into the bag with all the pollen, I put some on a female plant and got a few seeds.

That is the same thing I will do here. I will put either 1 or 2 African Male plant(s) in a room (the flowering room) that will probably have 1 African Female, 1 Banana Crack Female and 1 White Strawberry Skunk Female. Then my roommate may have a Diesel and he will probably flower some of the ones I am vegging now, maybe a Blue Mystic or White Rhino or something, and I will get some seeds from those the same way I got them from the other one. But this time instead of using Bagseeds I selected the genes for very specific reasons.

I also plan on crossing with an Autoflower and CBD strain, just so that there is a THCV autoflower and THCV/CBD strain.

Lol, Girl Scout Cookies is F1 Durban Crossed with OG Kush. Another example of African Genetic Superiority.

Why are more people not actively seeking to combine new African Genetics with established lines that are popular in dispensaries? Every time someone does it it is awesome, how has no one put 2 and 2 together yet? And Durban is great, but there are more strains.

Btw, once I do the brother sister seed cross with the A X B X C Genetics to lock them in and get the Phenotypes, I will dedicate 1 whole plant (so about 1lb) to seeds for that. Then I will give them out like 5 at a time for free.

that isnt a strain, it is hybridizing other peoples work. it takes six or more generations to make a stable IBL. please dont make golden doodles and shipoos, and call them German Shepherd Dogs...

Ok, so my roommates Diesel is going to be Danky Kong, and he may also flower Gorilla Glue.

Also, I will probably take a few clones and graft them onto the plants I plan on flowing so that I can get seeds from like 4 strains on one plant.

Malawi Gold, South African Kwazulu, Hindu Kush, Blue Mystic... other people's work? Lol.

I'm taking Jakals and breeding them with Poodles and you are calling them Golden Doodles.

you are chucking pollen, and playing at breeding on a very small scale. one male plus one female does not a strain make... there is a little bit more to it than that.

Lol. Did you even read what that was about.

What you did was take my Pollinating plan, and act as if it was my breeding plan. So either you are drastically mistaken, or you are a troll. That anecdote about taking pollen from 1 male and putting it on 1 female was not my breeding plan, it was about how I am going to pollinate by using plant condoms.

The breeding plan is African Strain X Aromatic Strain X Commercial Strain, then crossing those with their brothers and sisters to lock in genetics and get the Phenotypes.

Please try to keep up, I really don't see how you could have missed that.

You guys have been wrong about a lot of stuff. I assume you are wrong about the LEDs also. Look at the plants. The African Buzz is doing awesome. The Early Durban is a little stretchy, and so is the Malawi, but they might be males. Which would be awesome, because then I can start putting the African Genetics in the Feminized Aromatic Genetics (Banana Crack, White Strawberry Skunk, Blue Mystic (this one is not feminized though), etc).

It seems like LEDs are as good as everyone that uses them says they are. I was skeptic also, but they are working great. And I only have 80W actual watts right now, working more like 400W.

First, I didn't say any such thing about any of your cases. If you care to check the record, you'll find I was genuinely interested in your take on things. Don't lump me in with the rest of 'you guys'. That shit doesn't fly in court- it's called conflation- and it won't fly with me, either.

Moving on to offering advice about your grow; I've just been part of a horticultural LED lighting startup. So of course I don't know shit about lighting.

You will notice that I didn't insult you, but you can't seem to resist calling others incompetent, even while appearing so yourself.

Don't act like you have never trolled me before today. I recognize your profile picture, I don't remember any specific conversations, but I remember your picture.

Looks like you've got thrips. You should put some of that creative energy into looking at your plants.

Here is a list of seeds that I will choose from for the next round of crosses. And I may do extra rounds of crosses while I am stabilizing 1 strain, so that more strains are ready to be stabilized once the first one is finished.

There are no bugs. I assume you are talking about the one leaf that has a faded color in the one picture and are saying that the fadedness looks like bugs. There is nothing wrong with it.

All the plants are fine, and you guys are going to have to get over that I let the plants go underwatered and everything sometimes just to test them and get the strongest plants to survive, so sometimes there are things that don't look perfect.

And you know what all of you have told me every single grow "You're going to cause them to hermie!!!" and you know what I have never seen in my life, a hermie plant. I hardly even get males.

Also, I have the White Strawberry Skunk already, but I think I may get some other Strawberry strains and start seeing how strong the Strawberry genetics can be made.

There are 2 main lines for Strawberry, Erdbeer, which seems to be the most common. And Strawberry Fields, which is where the Original Strawberry Cough came from. And since those are 2 different lineages, it may cause some cool stuff to come out if I mix the 2 lines together with some African genetics. And I could do something like cross Strawberry Fields with Erdbeer directly, then cross that with a White Strawberry Skunk X Strawberry Diesel cross or something like that. And then cross that with Durban, or cross the White Strawberry Skunk with Durban or Malawi Gold first, so that way it is ((White Strawberry Skunk X Malawi/Durban) X Strawberry Diesel) X (Erdbeer X Strawberry Fields) or something like that, because that would probably bring out some cool genetics.
