first auto, first dwc, first journal

k so started germin seeds tonight after i finally got my wife to give me some space to work with when she asked for a kitten haha. heres what im workin with

1x 400whps
2x 5gal bucket dwc setup
3x auto-flower seeds La Diva by Deicious Seeds, only germin 2 but if 1 doesnt germ got a spare for now

the space is 22"x26"x9'

still piecin stuff together in the room will get some pics up when its done and the seeds are in their home

so been 24 hrs and 1 of 2 seeds has just cracked the other looks like its gettin ready to split as well just waitin for thed neighbor to go back in his apartment to start stapling up the rest of my panda skin and hang my light now that i got the v hooks for my hood.

i have some ladiva growing right now. these plants look real nice. have good hieght and alot of branchest. makes for a good yeild. you can see them in my auto jurnal. along with others.

both my beans cracked one has just started splitting the other has about a 1/4" taproot runnin to walmart for a second pump decided i want more bubbles

three to the left and 2 on the right are 2 weeks behind.

thats pretty sick dude i hope mine turn out that big im shootin for the magic number i hear everyone throwin around of an o a plant but my goal is to work maily with autoflowers i wanna get a method down to get the 2-3 oz ive heard to be possible every now and then

a really good auto will give you 1-1.5 oz now i have some auto afgan ryder thats a monster. well here she is there 2 of them.

haha sick massive colas, k so upgraded a few things today i wasnt happy with things.

went from my walmart air pump to an eco air commercial 3 airpump, it pumps 65ltrs/minute 35 watts. also ditched the little stick airstones and got a 4" rund airstone to go in each bucket

also picked the nutrient line out today was broke as a joke after the equipment and forgot about nutes haha gonna be trying CNS-17 for the first time, got a gallon of the grow and a gal of bloom, also going to be using fossil fuel humic acid and mad farmer NUTS (nutrient uptake solution) basically a bunch of dissolved minerals. thinking about gettin a lil bottle of superthrive

goin to town for a little bit then ima put the seeds in their home tonight when i get back both have about a 1/4 taproot. ive raised the waterlevel so the bottom half of the pot stays in water hope this will work for the lil seedlings dont have any rockwool to put em in first.

with new air pump my buckets are like bubble volcanosa now

k no pics yet camera got broke. babies have been put into their hydroton homes but idk if theyre liking it. they havent grown much since i put them in yesterday. guess only time will tell wish me luck

so i was thinking that the seedlings were maybe going into some kind of shock from the HPS light being about 16 inches away from them so i moved the light up about 3 1/2 feet from the tops of the buckets and both have opened up got some pics camera still broke, theyre from my phone so not the highest quality but gotta get something up

i quit bein lazy and installed my ventilation system today cost bout 30 bucks in total the ducting cost the most using a 78 cfm computer fan i picked up at radio shack for 10 bucks. wired it with an old ac adapter from some old comp speakers. soon as i plugged it in within about 10 minutes my temps were down to about 70 and stablized out right about there

so its day 8 since i started germin my seeds. theyve been in hydroton for 6. second set of leaves is popping through. if it aint one thing its another i got my pump quiet enough and all the padding around the box caused it to overheat so back to the cheap 10$ pump. gonna get another one and just run each bucket on its own pump.way bumed out about my nice ass pump tho.

k bailin on this journl. lost 1 baby the other aint doin good. if things pick up ill update it if not im either going to do a 4 plant scrog or a mini sized SOG but was wondering if anyone has tried any gods gift? i got a buncha strains i can choose from on my future grow and im thinking either gods gift,grapefruit, or cherry ak47. also will have some barney farms lsd available to me in about 4 weeks

alright so my plant knew i was bout ready to give up on it. tonight i checked on it and it has taken off. roots have hit the water and growth is finally happening again. ive decided to start germinating my other seed and run it in a hydroton, perlite, and coco mix. gonna see which one does better. normally i would never start off in a 5 gal bucket but gonna give it a whirl with some root stimulator in the mix. since its an auto i dont wanna deal with transplant shock and want to push it and see how things work out.

day 21 updated pictures the remaining baby is doing very well im germin a sister for her to grow alongside in soil and see how they compare the pics are poor quality cuz all i got is my phone camera. lots of side branching already
