Hey RIU, I am currently in day 47 of my first autoflower grow. I have 1x auto amnesia from world of seeds and 1x Fast and vast from heavyweight. My first question is what is the best way to gauge harvest time, is it better to go by trichs or how my leaves look. I've read that auto flowers are a bit more tricky to read than regs, only reason that I ask. How are they looking for day 47? They have been on 12/12 with my regulars for about 2 weeks. With a few 24hrs days mixed in. Fast and vast says 56 days from germ? I doubt it. Unsure of amnesia harvest time. I say these baby's have a few weeks maybe 4. How about yall? They are in 2 gallon geopots with ffof, feeding with gh 3 part. Under a 400w hps.

Nice looking plants man!
Don't listen to what the breeders say. All of my Autos run 11 to 13 weeks with few exceptions.
Some auto strains will not Amber but at least make sure they're all cloudy.
47 days seems early for yellowing leaves. In my experience with the same issue I was either lacking nutrients or had a pH lockout.
Looks like your tips are burnt. Maybe too much feeding?
I use happy frog, and I don't normally give my plants anything until they are 6 weeks old. Although I think I'm going to start feeding a little sooner because I've had some yellowing issues myself lately.

Thanks Farmer, I didn't realize how sensitive these autos are to nutes. I've been feeding them similar to my regular plants. I'll have to cut them back a bit. Also my runoff is phed at 6.5-6.8. Had major ph issue in early growth that caused some issues.

Don't get me wrong some strains love nutrients! But as a rule I start at 1/4 or 1/2 strength and I don't even use veg nutrients much anymore.
I alternate my pH between 5.9 and 6.6 every other watering

Thanks for taking the time to give some advice! I'll knock her down to 1/2 strength for the following week then probably start the flush after that.

Same here who needs veg nutes, i feed my auto's ph tap water at 105 ppm in promix, day 36, still lush green, no buds yet on my AUTO #1's, pretty big auto's, probs 90 day finishers, took an auto too 110 days once.

Thank you! She weighed out 63 grams dry I just germinated another tonight she's excellent smoke btw!
Is it a real clear heady/uplifting high? Very respectable yeild to! She has such a sweet citrusy smell, it's so pungent it stings the nostrils. I'm very excited to try her out! Super frosty to. I'll definitely be planting more next round.

For sure it's definitely more sativa dominant, she tastes very citrusy and the high is just superb perfect day time smoke with no burn out
