First Auto grow need some advice please

So i'll be growing my first auto's in coco. I have one regular grow under my belt so i'm still a noob heh.
The seeds are in wet paper towels germinating as we speak. I've got 3 auto fems, they are Auto Roadrunner, lowlife auto blueberry and lowlife auto white russian.

I've heard you're suppost to put the seeds directly into a 3-5gallon pot for auto's because the roots grow deep quickly. Does that mean i shouldn't even put my germinated seeds into a jiffy pot first? just when the roots pop from the seed put it in the main pot it will grow?

and if i do have to put it in the large pot right away does watering change much?

i'm a noob so any help is great thanks :)

ahh cool. any suggestion on pot size? I heard auto's grow pretty small, so would there be much of a diff between a 3 gallon or a 5 gallon?

I tried em in a 2 liters an they were only about 6in tall lol.

Big pots, definataly.
The smallest pot i used an had good size in it was a 1 gallon, but the roots filled it totaly up an i should have went bigger.

2 gallon is what ive read is about the best. 5 is to much IMHO.

lol 2 liters that would be small. like half a gallon? ya i was thinking 5 seemed too much. i'll have to check out some 3 gallon pots.

Also I have plants in my flower room now that are around 4 weeks into flower. My grow room only has CFL's and its pretty ghetto compared to my flower room. So basically I won't be able to put my auto's in the flower room for another 4 weeks or so. is this going to be ok?
