First auto grow

Hello everyone,
13 days old, RH 60-70, temp fluctuating a bit 18-28
Degrees Celsius, 400w hps about 2-3 ft from top of leaves…
Vary different results, one looking good the others very slow in growth. And one had a couple of yellow spots this morning.
have not added any Nutes yet…..

Opinions, thoughts, help. Would be greatly appreciated.

What are you growing in, what are you going to feed, what are you feeding now, just tap water?

24/7 lights unless you got electric issues....its an auto run that thing hard

So far so good.

Here’s what I’ve got to feed them.
They are growing in 70% coco peat 15 % perlite and 15% vermiculite.

Phd 6.5 tap water, I thought the plants should be bigger. They are all different sizes, that they should be relatively the same . But I guess all plants are different. They are two different strains, sugar cookies, and Pineapple Express

what do u think of the Nutes… I have no idea never grown a thing I my life.
I thought they weren’t doing fantastic except the big one.

I just cannot wrap my head around why new “ auto growers “ always gravitate to coco.
Now before you coco users lose your minds , someone testing the water with autos should do simple bagged potting soil mix with autos. The potting soil usually is nute charged enough to carry an auto upfront without a lot of drama .

Drama being uncertain feeds , how to feed coco , how to ph for coco etc. When a bagged mix can sufficiently do most of the leg work and use simple watering disciplines. Autos need roughly 90 days or so of life and can easily be covered with soil medium and a few top dresses or even a dry fertilizer ( 3-3-3 or 4-4-4 ) ….. nothing special . No excess , No throwing bottles at it.

Autos do not need complicated feeds or excess. Throw them under a good long cycle ( 24/0 or 20/4 my pick ) or standard 18/6
Throwing a long cycle upfront allows faster , uncomplicated root growth initially…. That alone is what sets up the final size of it.
Run and gun ….

Most nute dense soil ( peat mixes ) will carry up to 5 weeks. Before plant begins exhausting it … then you feed it or bump it up.

it’s coco peat, I think it’s a bit different to coco. As I tried coco first and failed. that’s why I went to this medium .

don’t understand your last paragraph, sorry very new to this….

Here … I run simple layered soil mixes with all autos.

This is one example from my thread. FFOF ( fox farm ocean forest base ) with mild potting mix as remaining fill.
