Can't see anything wrong.... other than that coco is bone dry and should be wet all the time. You should be feeding it every day.

Thanks very much, how much water should the seedling get per day, or just make sure the soil is moist?

OK... its not soil. Does it have nutrients in it already?

You need to keep it wet I believe with PhD water
Doesn’t have nutrients, it’s a little low on the ph at 5
But I’ve mixed some ph up with water at 6 and watered it with that.

Lol are you really telling this guy to feed his seedling ec 1.0?
Hello jjgrow420. I have no idea what ec 1.0 is to start with.. looks guys to be honest I’ve never grown anything in my life really… I’m a total beginner so any helpful information I’m great full for.
you get so many different opinions and it’s hard know which is correct… I’m basically flying blind.

thanks everyone for the help

You are growing in an inert medium. It means that there are NO nutrients in it and will have to start feeding it within the next 2 weeks +/- do you have nutrients lined up to use? Seedlings often start looking funky and bent over, but once the roots catch it’ll start growing soon. Don’t get discouraged, it also has to grow below the surface before it looks like it’s growing above the surface. Just remember that and if any colors are wayyyy off something is happening. Because it’s the medium you are using I would keep ph betwee 5.7-6.0. SHOULD be ok. I’m in coco and 5.7/5.8 are perfect

You're going to need to research EC/ppm and pH ASAP and get the appropriate meters to measure both. Without them it's going to make growing in an inert medium very tough. Soil might have been a better choice otherwise. GL

Also if you could please tell me if my lighting is right.

No problem! Can you show us a picture of what the N-P-K ratio is for those.
Usually 3 numbers with a dash in between (eg: 10-30-20)
