First CFL grow, yellowing leaves! Help needed

Hey Rollitup. This is my very first grow, this plant is some unknown strain bagseed, it's under 120w 6500K CFL-s at 15 days. I started to see little yellowish on leaves on day 12 and i think it's either Mg deficiency or overwatering dunno really cuz I'm newbie. Can anyone help?

p.s. change the soil bro put him in some better shit.i just went coco with my medium

The soil is really WTF. Don't know shit about it, i bought it at local flower shop because there are no any nursery stores or grow stores or any other damn shop to buy some nice potting soil :S

bro my set up is cheap as fuck shit im tryna make a mill...go to a hydroponics store and get some cheap coco medium mine cost 10 bucks...ace hardware have cheap 26w 6500k cfls for a few bucks.get a few of those some fans i got mine out of a computer.ppl laughed at me at 1st talkin bout good luck now 3 weeks later look at my shit
