Heyy I just cut it off today and just put plastic around the cup and poked like 3-4 holes and put the stem in one and I'm using just water no nutrients or anything might drip some mirical grow in water tho. Feedback :-). Thanks

You might want to put the whole clone under a dome, trim the ends of the leafs, and spray regularly with Ph'ed water. All to keep moisture within the clone.
And don't feed, treat her like a seedling as far as nutrients are concerned.
And patience, patience, patience...;)

It lessens the amount of moisture the plant can exhale.
The crux to cloning is maintaining the moisture content until such time she can bring water up from from the soil, which means roots.

Plants have stomata. These are small openings on the leaf which allow moisture (among other things) to escape.

Less leaf=less stomata=less moisture escaping.
Dome+spraying= high humidity= less moisture escaping.
