You need to lower reservoir temperature at least get it down to 68, anything over 70 and you will be asking for trouble and you could get root rot. PH should be 5.5-6.0 ( 5.8 is perfect)Light proof your reservoir too...reservoir temps, PH, and PPM very important in DWC. Also what kind of water are you using???

Tap water that i let sit out for 24 hours, the bin has a small hole on top, should this be covered???
There should be no light what so ever NONE zero no excuses..300 PPM from tap with nutes??? if so thats pretty good.. How far is the net pot from the water ??? Use some frozen water bottles to get that temperature 65-68 degrees

Net pots are 2 inches away....what do mean tap w/nutes is pretty good??? Should the ppm be higher???
Meaning you have tap water with added nutes at 300 PPM Most peoples tap water is over 500 PPM. You seem to know what you are doing starting off 1/4 strength and working your way up. Net pots are 2'' away so you have a air gap.. I'm gonna guess maybe shock ??? I dunno.

I use a foliar spray in Veg only once or twice a week and do it right at "lights off" so they will absorb the foliar spray since they cant grab any energy from the light. Also maybe you can top feed until she perks back up

you need to feed water them from the top until you get roots coming out the bottom of your net pot, thats why they are droopy because they are drying up. good luck
