Doing my first hydo grow and a few questions have come up.
1
How long should I flood for and how long should I drain?
2 Lights...should I start with lights on 24hrs a day or 18-6?
3 Nutes? When should I start adding?
My setup is inside a fridge/freezer, 6 plants in netpots with coco to start and hydroton with 8-26watt cfl's, 2-4inch fans (intake and exhaust), 36gph pump in a 18qt resi. Lights and fans have been on 24hrs/day so far. As of today 2 plants are starting to show first leaves and another is just starting to poke out of the coco, the other 3 no signs of yet. Ive been just adding water by hand whenever the coco feels dry. Im planning on moving the netpots into an Areoponic setup when the roots are begining to show outside of netpots.
Any input or advice will be greatly appreciated!!!
