First experience with BHO, holy fuck!

Has anyone tried doing a BHO extracting on weed that was baked (aka decarboxilyzation? ) and if so was it stronger then normal BHO?
I dunno if its the same..bu ti did quick dry a whole clone plant out in the microwave to make BHO with. It turned out just as potent as it normally would have. Yields were the same..but it did end up with a small taste diff, not shitty or anything, just a lil something that aint there normally.

So no i dont think it would make it more potent.

On the other hand..if i heat my finished BHO up slowley it turns the oil rock hard and i think it smokes a lil bit better.

well then , some people heat up a knife and put it on then u can use a plastic bottle cut out the botton and hit though the top. if you let it sit for awhile it will harden then you can break it off in chunks, then you can roll it up or u can put some sah in a pipe put a drop on the ash and hit it up many ways to enjoy
Ok Great......I Thank you Sir... Will try that later on today....Thanks Again........

hotknife is the best way to go i think..its like vapourizing. You "can" use it for cooking but id think its a waste. If you heat if up well you can spread it on a rolling paper and roll a oil joint...those are always overkill good lol

Although i do enjoy BHO - and even make butter from it, rather than herbs - quick wash is easier and much less dangerous to prepare. I just rinse and strain the ground buds with 190 proof grain alcohol, rather than mess with flammables or iso. Just my thing.

Hash is THE WAY. 8-)

After making regular hash with a few harvests I decided to try BHO and will never go back. So easy to make and so much better than even some of the better hash I've had.

Definitely not in a defiant mood, so i'll post here. :bigjoint:

Simple, really - once you have the BHO. I just get a double boiler going (as simple as filling a pot with boiling water and submerging another pot inside it). Throw in a cube (or two, or three, or four) and let it melt. Once melted, drop in as much BHO as you'd like - this takes experimentation for individual preference and tolerance. Then once it's well mixed i evenly divide it out into small tupperware containers and throw them in the fridge (or freezer) and use as needed. Usually i will make no bake cookies or rice crispy treats with it. I don't like the idea of actually cooking with it, just because the heat tends to degrade the THC. :weed:

Is there any way to improve this oil? Like maybe refine it or something?
if you want to..you can run a lighter over yur oil till it looks like its boiling..then stir it and repeat....i call it oil refining at my house lol....it makes a less runny oil and sometimes rock hard. Then you know the solvent is really gone, try it before and after..yul see the diff....the unrefined stuff will be runnier and sometimes crackle on the knife. refined no crackle and way smoother
