hi just so you know those little cfl's arnt the equivelent of 625 w :S ... they are what they are on the packet.. just buy a 250w cfl .. if you want to use cfl's that is .... i have heard alot of people say that about how much it actually is giving off .. its just a sale ploy

largest cfl's i've seen are some 62 w, and they put out ~2800 lm. the cfl's i'm using put out 1280 lm . With the money i spend on one 62 w i can buy 3 23w ... and they put out more lm.
i'm now running 7 cf'l's on that box, got 2 more ready to be mounted, and once my seedling's wil get 2 weeks of veg, that box will be gone, and i wil convert the dresser in to a grow are, for 6 plants . thinking of using a 150 w HPS and 10 of those 23w cfl's spreaded among the plants.
here is how i set the light's now, in the box, for only that plant, and a pic of the veg are with the 5 seedlings :
The *big* one is 4 day's into flowering, and she is still coming back up from the nute burn + the over watering i did ... when she was smaller, she was stunded for ~6 day's
