First Grow 3 Strains, need advise.

I just bought a 400 watt hps/mh combo. And a drip tote hydro system. It's my first grow and I have 3 different strains. Ice, Double Gum and G13 Labs Power Skunk. Could use all the advise possible. Grow space is in a regular closet. Need advise on nutes and anything else.

Keep the light at least 2' away for the first couple of weeks. No nutes for the first 2 weeks either. Watch your temps. Make sure you find out how long each strain takes to flower. I'm pretty sure they're going to be different. Be sure and refer to the GrowFAQ. Good luck, and welcome to RIU.

Hey about the 400w like Cr said 2' in sprouting stage, but I see too much stretch. I've had way better results at 18" for the first week under 400wMH. I lower mine to about 13" or so about 10 days into growth.

Thanks for the advise it will be used well. Should I just grow one strain at a time?? And the MH is 250 watt conversion. So still around 18 inches...?

Like you mean 400 plus or minus 250, I'm not familiar with the conversions. Make sure you find out if those strains are sativa dominant cuz they will be TALL.

Hey can I leave the seedlings in the jiffy discs once they root and just put them in the hydroton?? Or due I need to put them into a bigger peace of rock wool and then in the hydroton.
