First Grow, Seeking advice. Week 6. Plants seem healthy. Roots are producing, but the grow is extreamy slow. I know topping is approaching. I want to make sure I time that correctly. they seem too small yet full for that right now. Please give advice on what I should be doing, what I should have done and whats coming. I appreciate any advice.
Equipment:
-Stealth Hydroponic grow from a double sided fridge
-aligned with reflective paneling
-2x 6 inch out fans
-2x 6 inch intake fans
-double thick storage containing with 4 pod holes. Outside painted back for absolute darkness. (3 being used, 1 for maintenance)
-rock wool cubes surrounded by clay pebbles.
-Pods
-landscaping fabric to block mold from growing on rockwool cubes
-Brand new fresh Haier window unit pumping fresh cold air keeping fridge at a solid 78 degrees. wiring ran inside door panel for stealth.
-Ice maker tubes for direct feeding contact
-drippers installed for control
-pump
-air stone
Lighting:
-T5 used for germination
-Current: HID hood with ballast lighting for vegetative with fan pulling hot air out. 18 Hrs on, 6 Hrs Off. Chained for adjustments, ballast set at 50%
-I plan on going sodium for flowering stage
Nutrients and sprays:
-mix of dish soap, water, and peroxide for white flies
-Flora Bloom
-Flora Micro
-Flora Gro
-SM-90 for roots
-2 tsp of peroxide
-2 Fly papers in rear
Maintenance:
-weekly water change with purified water system
-Tubes, tank, drippers, pump, and air stones are all cleaned with hor water and dish soap.
-clay pebbled are flushed with fresh water.
-fresh nutrients added weekly
-PH on point every day.
