First grow almost complete! How much longer?

My first grow is starting to pay off :-o

Planted in mid January, been outdoors ever since, im gettin pretty excited so i thought i would get a few opinions on how much longer i have.

I know that harvest time comes around when the hairs turn amber/gold but when do you think that will be? Heres a few pics of my girl







When can i hope to taste my first grow?! =) and thanks for any answers

FUUCCKK thats the complete opposite of what i wanted to hear =( im in central florida and the days are getting longer!

Bring it inside, its in a pot isnt it? Otherwise that thing is going to get all kinds of funky since the days are going to get longer. Prob herm or just got back to veg... hard telling what it will do.

yeah its in a 5gal bucket but i cant bring it inside, i still live with my parents and they dont approve. i have another plant that is larger but still in veg, somebody told me that it would probably just revert to veg and i would end up waiting for fall for both of them to flower...what do you think would happen and when should i count on harvesting?

Your fatal error was starting a photo period strain in January for an outdoor grow! You have a terrific advantage with the FL winter weather. There are lot of decent "autoflower" strains around that can be started in January & harvested March/April.
I could suggest: Taiga, Quick Silver, and Road Runner, as possible choices. In fact, with these autoflower types, you could have your grow going non-stop year round! Start 2 or 3 every 60 days and you will have "Never-Ending" smoke!

I cant bring them inside, theyre too far from my house to take in and out all the time, all i can do is leave them out there and water and possible add some ferts or whatever. What would you do if you were in my situation? and thanks for all the replys

Wait until the buds stop growing and pick them. It will revert back to veg soon.

when it stops growing bud, like for a week they dont change. Or when you notice the plant growing taller or more branches, then you know its putting its energy towards growing rather than flowering and pick the buds. Might not be very good smoke, hell might not even give you buzz. Hard telling when to pick them because im sure there is a small percentage of people here that have done this before.

Can you get to your plants every day? If you can go to your plants every day there is a simple solution that noone has decided to tell you. It will take a little work but in 6 weeks they will be ready. Everynight at the same time go out there and stick a black bag or a big cardboard box or anything that can cover the plant from light over the plant. 12 hours later which should be in the morning sometime take the box or bag or whatever off and allow it 12 hours of light. This allows you to keep it outside allows it to continue getting 12 hours light 12 hours dark and continue to flower. You just have to be out there every night to put it on and every morning to take it off. But if you do this for 6 weeks you will have some good bud like you intended

thats a great idea man, i might have to try that but it will be a pain in the ass, im still in school and probably wont be able to keep that up at a strict schedule for 6 weeks, im probably gonna let nature take its course but if i do intervein i will use that, thanks man
