First Grow, any advise or help?

So its my first grow and I just switched from veg to flowering. During my veg cycle I was feeding at 700 ppm + and had a light cycle of 24/7. Yesterday night I gave my plants an air bath for 15 min, changed the rez tank, and made a nute solution of 630ppm with the flowering nutes, and shut the light off for 12 hours. I also spent an little less then an hour trying to calibrate the ph because turned out to be way acidic, but got it at about 5.5 - 6.5. I also changed the my MH 400 watt to a HPS 400 watt.

Today I wake up and noticed a lot of different problems with the plant so I threw up some photos and am praying to god they'll be okay. Im noticing very strange brown almost black color on two or three of the leaves, but mainly on the bottom to middle of the plant. Also I'm seeing some weltering and droopiness from top to bottom.

Shes been healthy for a while and I don't know what I could have done wrong. I also vegged her for 6 weeks and today I the first day of flowering.

Do you think it could be that I had to much of a ph fluctuation? Or is the nute solution to low? And I also haven't feed them yet.

Need any possible advice to take care of my girls. I put up like 20 pics to help, any responses would be really appreciated.

There's also some yellow green dark green discoloration I been noticing on the top part of the plant.

More and more of the leaves are starting to look droopy now and I'm seeing black all over my leaves. Its also drying them out.
Im also seeing foam in my DWC tank

Any idea what could be happening

Your plants looks fine it looks like maybe some nute burn or cal/mag deficiency. Foam in your res??? Do a res change and clean up the res and keep the water temps 62-68 degrees.

I thought it was just some nute burn, but more random leaves starting showing a black brown color. I put on some pics of the leaves that fell off and suffered the worst of it, hope it helps

I just changed the rez water, dropped the flower nutes to half strength and got the ph to about 5-6.

The black spots that look like nute burn are black and have a soft texture, and start from the bottom up. Also the leaves start to curl inward before blackening and little holes in the leaves appear.

Any help on what I can do would be really appreciated.
I'll put up more photos if it gets worse.
