First grow Bagseed under two 2700 k cfls

This is my first ever grow using bag seed. I'm using two 2700 k cfl lights and its on a 12/12 cycle because i do not want the plant to grow too tall. I was told this method works.

This grow is really just a test to see if i can successfully grow a small plant in my closet and if it does work i plan to grow 4 or 5 low ryders.

These pics were taken today (week 2) includes my grow box and my plant.

It looks fairly small for its age, tell me your thoughts I'm a newbie, probably doing most things wrong lol.

Two weeks from being sown looks more or less right on. Some plants are smaller/bigger than others. I've noticed consistently smaller plants the closer to the 26w CFL, in my case, they are. Seems they grow the biggest around 3-4 inches from it. But the ones directly under the lights have tighter nodes(similar number of nodes), but also much smaller leaves. The more distant ones also have bigger stalks.

Ok just making sure on that, i used to have a fan running on it the first week or so should i still be running it or is the stems strength not so important if im trying to grow it smaller

You want them 'dancing' in the wind. Not break dancing, just leaves swaying.

Heres the update:
The plant is looking good to me but tell me your thoughts on it.

During its 12 hour on stage its maintained a perfect 80 degree temperature, I noticed wen it first comes on from the 12 hour off that the temperature is in the mid 60's.

I also installed a new air fan system, which I run with the exaust fan during the 12 hour off. Is this okay that I run the exaust for only 12 hours b/c sound becomes an issue due to my parents and the 12 hour on cycle comes into factor when they are home.

Just want to here your opinions on everything advice is greatly appreciated, I also have been using miracle grow in my water, I usually water every 2-3 days. This nute has a ratio of 8-7-6.
