First grow basement setup advice.

So I have a room in my basement that is 7'8" by 8'4" by 7'. I want to try out the stinkbud aero method but I could use some advice. I'm going to lay out my plans here so please let me know if you see any mistakes so far. I want to start clones in the room and when it's time to flip to flower I will move the clone and veg tubs to a grow tent and only use the room for flowering in the perpetual setup. My friend has two 1k hps lights that he wants to donate and I was thinking about adding 2 more to fill the room (about 62 watts/sq ft) Is that too much for that size space? I'm going to try to stick to the stinkbud plan for the most part (3 weeks clone tub, 3 weeks veg tub, and 9 weeks flower room with 3 different flower rail setups to have a harvest every 3 weeks) I'm thinking about putting the clone and veg tubs in a 2x4 tent. Any reccs on lighting for clone/veg tent? I'm also trying to figure out the right amount and spacing of plants. In Michigan we can grow a max of 60 plants (that includes clones) so I was thinking 12 in clone, 12 in veg, and three 12 plant flower setups. This should be more of a quick SOG grow than a long veg and training session grow. I'm kinda thinking that since I'm not doing any FIM or LST I probably wont be able to fill the whole space with the canopy (please correct me if im wrong) so I'm wondering about the best placement of the plants to maximize harvest. Thanks in advance for any advice!

In a 2x4 veg tent one might consider T5 lighting, quantum board lighting, a cob light but perhaps more than a single vero to cover 8 square feet in veg.

As to flower, I run 62.5 watts per sqft of DE HPS and get excellent results but I use CO2 enrichment.

As a Caregiver, yes (actually up to 72, if you are a patient yourself).... meaning you have 5 separate individuals who have active medical cards, and have designated their plant possession to you. 12 plants per individual card.
I have two. I can possess 24 plants.

Under the recreational statute, there is a Max of 12 per household.
Without any medical cards, 12 is the limit.

Make sure you are in full understanding of the situation.

Yes you are right, I misspoke, I've had the number 60 in my head for a while. But yes I am in full understanding of the situation.

Im lucky in Colorado. I have a 74 count (medical) for myself. My girl has a 24 count (medical). So together we can have up to 49 plants in flower and 98 total.
