First grow - basic - bag seeds - 20quid setup

This is my first every grow and im just looking for a little advice.

The whole idea behind this for me was so i can stop dealing with your average cannabis selling tosser and save my hard earned cash. As you will be able to see this is very basic but it seems to be going ok, although maybe a little slow...

The details -

I started off completely clueless with two plants under a 60w desk lamp but decided to get a cheap fluro cos it wasnt going well.

The fluro light cost about $25 and i borrowed the tinfoil of my mum so basically cheap as chips..

I cant remember exactly which bags i got these seeds out of so hopefully itl be a nice surprise

This was about when i switched lights

They got alot stronger and shot up after a couple of weeks

This is where im upto today... flowering with 2 definute females, one male whose being removed and two that are too small to tell. sadly there was nowhere else for them to go so theyre getting the same lighting as the ones that are flowering. hopefully theyl just conform and do the same

pretty sure this ones the male. (also the largest)

looking good. can't tell with the pic if its a male orfemale. just keep an eye on it. gooluck

hope thats all working so u can see. Iv had a little crack at spruning but nothing drastic and all theyve been fed is very small amounts of miracle grow... now im sort of unsure what to do next or if i should just leave them to it

erm no. i wouldnt know where to start. dont have the funds for anything pricey either.

this is my entire toolset - watering can (my mums), airbed pump to circulate the air a little (10 seconds a day?), and my trusty miracle grow



oh and this is what the entire corner looks like now. decided to pimp it out with tinfoil

get rid of the tinfoil, no good.

ooooh i thought i needed to direct the light towards them as much as possible. should i replace it with something else or just do without?

yes go to your sporting good store and get some emergency blankits, if you can'tfind anypand film. or just paint it white.

will get onto that after the weekend. ill be working away so pointless to start and leave it half done. i love not seeing them for a couple of days.. always amazes me how much they grow.

thanks, thats my temporary flower room. i'll get my 8ft by 10ft room back for flower in a couple month. thats my veg room split 3 ways.

hey just so you know those two smaller plants should start showing sex pretty soon it just sounds like those two are a little behind, which isnt a bad thing if they arent ready when the other two are just let em flower another week or two.

thats good to know. i was worried they wouldnt do as well because they didnt veg for as long. i forgot to mention earlier that the fluros are only 2x68w. ones completely white and the others got a sort of orange tinge to it. theyre not for growing realy but iv got my fingers crossed for an oz a plant and ill be extatic

what kind of fluro light you got? Iis it an 8ft or a 4ft?

Looking good man - I'm guessing as you said 20 Quid rather than 20 Bucks your English like me...

Basically all you gotta do now is keep feeding them and make sure the timer on the lights stays the same...

Oh yeah - after 3 weeks of flowering get some Vitalink Buddy and use a quarter to half the amount it says on the bottle mixed in with the food your using now (its just Phosphorus and Potassium, no Nitrogen...gives them a bit of a boost)

IF you can get some that is...I wouldn't bame you for not getting any coz its like 4 quid a bottle, but it DOES help. (and hell, it MAY even give you an extra 4 quids worth of weed...)
