First Grow .. Bugs! ((youtube help vid. included))

Hey.. I started with growing indoor with a pcbox about 2 weeks ago..
and I found this kind of bug: not in the plant but in between the two

can you please help me identify it.. and what does this sign mean towards my plants development? scrap em or keep em?

btw.. Soil being used is
-perlite
-vermiculite
-peat moss
