Like others have said, get more light on those babies and definitely a lot closer. With cfl's, you want to get as close as possible. 1 to 2 inches away from the plants. Looks like you are using the cfl's that are good for flowering, they got lots of red from em. Try and get some blue spectrum bulbs. They will read 6500k and/or say daylight on them.

Looks like your plants were droopy in those first pics because they were ready to be transplanted. The roots couldn't expand out anymore, so they weren't happy.

Like ceestyle said, try and get better soil if at all possible. MG will work, but it definitely isn't the best.

Got a ph kit yet? If not, it is a must have.

As for the transplant, if they weren't going to make it, you definitely wouldn't see any growth and they would most likely be looken like they were going to die.

or watered less. first of all, just tell us how much you're watering. second, are the leaves rigid and curled or very flimsy/wilted?

1. I water every 2-3 Days, the seedlings about half a cup to a cup, and the bagseed about 1 - 1.5 Quartz. Last time they were both watered was early Monday morning

2. The seem to be kind in the middle of the two, but probably more on the rigid side

so the bagseed is the larger with the droopy leaves? that's probably too much. i water a ~2' plant about that much, maybe slightly more. the soil should not be wet when you dip your finger in to around the 1st knuckle or so before you water.

Ya that big one is the bagseed. It's probably more towards 1 quart maybe less, is that too much, that somewhere around what SeeMoreBudz uses in the book, I could be wrong (not at the house right now) but so the droopy leaves probably from overwatering then?

you will need to develop a sense for how much water your plants need, as it will constantly be changing with size / medium / strain, etc. I only ask to get a general idea how much you water; you should do your best to figure it out independent of what other people water. it's real easy to tell whether you're overwatering or not - give them water less often and see how they respond. the other thing to keep in mind when I mention how much /I/ water is that I use a lot of perlite.
