First Grow - CFL - Stealth Cab - Auto Northern Lights x 2

Hey guys, this is my first grow.
I germinated 2 x Autoflower Northern Lights 10 days ago and they have been in soil for 8 days now.
I made myself a stealth cab out of some drawers and still have quite alot of tweaking to do.
I'll post pics of it within an hour or so!

Is my plant growing slow? its been a week now.
Also, when should I start using nutes and what should I use?
Any tips for growing autoflowers?

No need to nute now.
I prefer organic nutes.

Alright so here is the growbox I have built.
Still working on it.

I have a 15w 6400k and a 26w 2700k.. yes I know. Way too little wattage and I should be using 26w 6500k's at the moment. I'll be picking up more lamps tomorrow.

The bottom of the back panel is yet to be sealed.
Mylar only on bottom.. that stuff is a pain in the ass.
The front has a 1mm crack all around the side so I will be light proofing that also.
Ventilation is working good, I get a consistent tempature reading of 26'C.
No nutes. Nothing but water.. it's day 8 in the soil.
The weather stripping in the front needs to be re-done also.
I will be painting the back panel white too.

Any suggestions?

I see the 4 leaves popping out under the first set now. Excited !
In desperate need of some more 6500k's so I'll be heading out soon.

Does my cab look alright though?

So today I went from store to store for about 4 hours and could not find one god damn 6500k ! The highest I found was 4000k.
I just ordered a Envirogro 150W ESL 6400k for 36 euros. I'll be picking that up either tomorrow or on friday.

I think the only thing I need to buy now is nutes and white paint for the back panel.
And ofcourse I'll be buying the 150W ESL 2700k also made my Envirogro.

Until then, pray that my two don't die. Holla.
