First grow ever help!

Hi I'm new to growing cannabis I have 2 very healthy bag seed seedlings they have started on there second pair of little leaves technachlly 3rd but I have a few questions. I'm not gonna invest any more than I have I bought 2 13 w 27000 k CFLs miracle grow soil and grow containers but I'm doing day= sun night= 26 Watts of cfl I know this isn't near enough what I need even for one plant but I plan on only using the CFLs for about the first 3wks then all sun light so questions

I don't have a pH tester but I know what pH problems look like any way I can diy change the pH?


Is indoor/outdoor good?



Is 26w good for seedlings



BTW it's reggae im growing
And they are about 3-4" tall


Will hermies produce bud if so is it worth smoking

The answers to these and the many other questions you will have are already discussed in this forum...welcome to RIU. The best suggestion I can offer is too read, read, read, and then read some more.

Hermies will produce budz as well as seeds. The widely used suggestion is to hack them down when discovered...unless you want all your plants to have seeds. For obvious reasons natural sunlight is optimal. However, we live in a Nazi regime police state and are forced to fear growing a plant so many of us have gone indoors. HID lighting is optimal in this scenario. Soil ph can be changed with buffers and watering with properly balanced water.
