From now on it's going to get difficult ha. They pretty much drank that gallon each in two days. I'm going to start having to water daily soon :|
At this point I'm wishing my soil mix wasn't go heavy on the perlite and soilless mix lol!
Fed them some bloom stuff
2.5/3ml FloraNova Bloom
5ml Potash Plus ha
Left out the Calmag and molasses
After the next plain watering I'm going to full strength 5ml bloom 5ml Potash.

They're starting to fill in the nodes, hairs are getting long, and the crystals are piling up!

What size pots you use mate ? Im in 16litre smart pots and give them 5 litres of nutrients each every 3-4 days

Running two 5 gallon pots they have an inch of growstone on the bottom of each.

The smart pots are the cloth ones right? They dry out faster than regular pots. So you'll automatically water more often than I will. Hydo Dan is running them as well and also watering more often.

You're in 4.2 gal pots and feeding 1.3 gal every 3-4 days? Are you watering with plain water in between feedings? There's no set time or rules. Just water when the plants need it.

How old are they. I fed back to back in the beginning and although they never showed burnt tips I do feel like the over abundance of nutes in the soil slowed them down a bit. They can only take up what they need. The fresh water is a nice touch in between. I felt like it was a waste of time early on but now I get why people do it. And if you feel like throwing a back to back feed in there once and a while cause they can take it, go for it ha but I do now believe in the alternating...just my 2 cents...also depends how much nutrient you have already in the soil and how long they've been in that soil

They are 91 days old. Hmm maybe ill try watering plain water inbetween on my next grow . Suppose it would save on nutrients aswell in the long run.

Cool, so many run FFOF, it's hard to relate. I run Sunshine Advanced #4. Coco, Peat, Perlite Blend.

What is your nute regimen roughly?
Water with nutrients every 3 days.
5litres to each 16litre pot.

5ml per litre of biobizz bloom
1.5ml per litre of biobizz topmax
1ml per litre biobizz grow
1ml per litre vitalink calmag
Currently 3 weeks from harvest so have started pk13/14 at 1.5 ml per litre.

This is my 3rd grow using coco.
Considering doing Rdwc on my next grow

What's the biobizz bloom dosage at full strength? 18ml seems like a lot per gallon haha? Just curious
Well biobizz at full strength is 4ml per litre but i raised it by one ml because these girls seem to be hungry feckers. Heres where you can tell how noobie i am, ive never used a ppm/ec meter only a ph pen. Ive only recently realised how important it is but i use to just raise my doses bit by bit and see how my plants react. Big noob over here hahaha

ppm is important IMO. Mine is just a cheap one, works fine. Seasoned growers may not need it, but it helps you understand the composition of your mix, and what adjustments to dosage are changing. Once you dial in, you know some of your signature blends are running a particular ppm. Then say you change brands of an additive, you can make sure it doesn't throw off your mix. For example, some Calmag products can impact a gallon of water by 50 ppm per ml, some by 100.

And we have some basic industry standards, that if you are dialed in, running co2, lots of light, you could run 1500ppm and get away with it. Feed a plant 1500 ppm under a 100w CFL, you could burn the shit out of it.

Yeah i know a big noobie mistake on my part. But will definitely be using one for my next run. No point using one now with only 3 weeks to go or is there?
