first grow harvest hermie

Im growing a hermie sativa and im 48 days into 12/12 and 29 since sexed. Im wondering if i should harvest it early to prevent more balls from growing
off her or just let it mature fully despite the male growth? This is my only plant so no worries about pollination of others.. Any tips +rep

well it all depends on what you want out of it?? If you want huge buds go ahead a kill it cause you wont get that ,but if you are looking for a shit load of seeds go ahead and keep it.I'm assuming that she turned hermie by itself?Right.The only good thing about that is that all of the seeds that she or it will produce the will be geneticly female.In other words all of those seeds will turn out to be girls if you decide to plant them in future grows.This happened to me several years ago and I did plenty of research on the matter.If a plant turns hermie on it own those seeds will be female,but if a hermie plant pollinates another female those seeds will be male.I hope that you know that it will take litterally months for that plant to mature if it is a pure sativa.I hope this helps Good luck

ive just been told by folks on this site it was sativa dominant and if i vrop it early wont the buds be nasty tasting due to lack of thc crystals and i dont care about seeds i got plenty to practice with once im confident in the pot i can grow i plan to buy seeds via internet

I'm having a hard time seeing the balls. In your situation, I would just keep neutering those balls off to limit the pollenation as much as possible.

i just had the same situation, a 1 plant hermie grow
i hung on and let the trichomes finish where they normally would, about 5% amber
it's good meds, just not as much as i would have liked
if you want to get quality, hold on, but you will not get quantity
the seeds could be used for an outdoor grow if you're inclined in that direction

theres a product called 'dutch master reverse' and 'dutch master penetrator' that will stop any hermie probs, dont know exactly how it works but ive been using it for a year and a half and now if any of my mates palnts hermie they just call me and i go round and spray it and the problems are solved, it cost around £30 for the two products. u get a litre of each and that should last you for a year or two no probs. i wouldnt grow without it now.
