First grow...just a little practice!

So i had huge dreams of a huge grow like many people on here do also and i kinda ran into some little problems with my grow at the current moment mostly dealing with people and situations i need to wait and handle before i can get this thing really going. So in the waiting period i kinda put up some practice plants for me to try on.

Right now i have 2 plants going and i might add a third one. I have a Durban Poison(DP) and a Power skunk(PS) thanks to Attitude seed bank. They both germed and popped up out of the ground so far so all is going well. they popped up the day after christmas for the DP and the 27th for the PS. The DP is really taking off and is vegging real well at the moment. The PS is just coming out of the ground and hasn't really fully opened up and i think its gonna lag a little behind the DP.

I am working with at a moment a 2 bulb T5 HO 4 foot long light right now seeing how this is a practice run and im not trying to grow a shit ton of plants yet. Once they are ready to flower i will bust out the 600w HPS or just use my 8 bulb T5 HO 4 footer. Its a little over 2 feet wide so it should do for just 2 plants.

Im really excited about this grow and will post pics up later once there is something to really look at till then i will just post every once in a while to let ya know what's up. I already am hooked to my babies.. it's like the first day i found this site. If any one wants to know more or anything else just feel free to ask me.

Nice to see your practicing on strains you bought from attitude. Why not bagseeds for practice? You're a baller heh?

I wouldnt say a baller but i ordered some seeds from attitude and they sent some to me for free so i said what the hell put these guys a little before the other ones so i can learn from my mistakes ya know. That and the strain can greatly limit your end result and i dont want to deal with that ya know.So thats what i did and thank you im sure i will be able to do a great job on this practice grow thanks to RIU. This website has been a little world for me to get all the knowledge needed to do what i want and am going to do. Trust me some huge grows will be coming soon.I plan on starting roughly 16 plants here within the week or two.

So im glad that i used those seeds for practice. The PS did not even come up out of the ground but the DP was doing beautifully. That is till i woke up one day and noticed that the leaves were lighter in color and looked like it was dying so i decided it was to quit messing around and set the grow up how its gonna be done. I took out the 2 bulb t5 and put in the 8 bulb one. I have my 600 hps hooked up and all i need to do is set the actual room up, might wait a couple days though till i actually get it up. I then cleaned the whole closet im using and disinfected everything and then transplanted it to better soil as the stuff i was using was useless soil and was the worse stuff i could possibly ever use.
I have 5 new little guys in the soil now they finished germing today. All of them are PPP. I put em jiffy cups to make it easier watering and i got one in a 3 gallon pot. Im hoping the DP makes a full recovery. I also added a fan to the setup for better air circulation as i wondered if that could have been one of the things making it sick. Well thats about it tmmrw i look for my camera and the cable to hook it up to my computer and then i will post pics of the setup and some of DP hit by whatever it is that got him.

I def forgot to get my camera and everything today was actually a little bit busy playing around today and smoking seeing how im gonna have to quit due to my job here in a coupe days.

Dp is doing awesome and recovering perfectly. I have no idea what the hell it was that made the plant act up the way it did but all i know is that i got it all taken care of and the problem is not spreading and he keeps growing new lush green leaves.

as for the plants.... the PPP i put into the 3 gallon pot by itself of course popped up today to get its first breath of fresh air and my nice lights that are on it. Im assuming the other 4 will be up tmmrw out of the jiffy pots as i planted them 1 day behind the other. I actually suspect that at least 1 is gonna be left in the dirt though maybe 2 but well see. Totally cleaned my flowering chamber and slowly getting it hooked up as i have a good 2 weeks before im gonna want to put these plants into the flowering stage anyways. I can see that not to many people are to excited about this grow hopefully when i post up some pics soon and the grow actually takes off rather than this slow stage that its at now more people will have things to say.

Oh and by the way i put another Power skunk seed to germ to try to get that bitch out of there and then i also put in a White Widow from greenhouse seeds so im excited to see if there name is as good as i thought and other people as well. I am so excited about this grow and really cant wait to start flowering! This grow is the only thing thats making me stay sane in the winter time. gotta love a little tropical paradise that you can go to anytime during the cold day. lol

NOOOO....
So here we go for my first huge mistake that can possibly happen all in one days time. So i decided to drink some and get all sorts of fucked up the other night. Well i stayed away from the plants all night long in far of me messing em up.Well when i woke up it seems that i left all 8 bulbs on of my t5 and closed it up so light didnt pour out of my closet throughout the whole night. Long story short it fried all my little babies that were just out of the ground. I literally can see 4 dead germed and used to be happy seeds. Im so pissed off its not even funny. Also on top of that i seemed to give my DP a little bit t many nutes.....which sucks.... I knew this was gonna happen with me starting em off on nutes way to early but i flushed em quick enough i think to save him its just gonna be a tough battle as hes still fighting off some shit from before.....anyways thats where im at now.

I just planted a germed and planted a White Widow seed and have a kush another white widow and another ppp on the way. Im hoping to get my mothers established and in 3 or 4 weeks putting 5 plants underneath of my hps. I decided to have less bigger plants rather than alot of little plants.well see how it turns out whether i do it again or not.

well hopefully all ends well after this tragic morning yesterday and now im finally to the point where there gonna grow themselves. I will add water when needed and no nutes til they are at least 2 or 3 weeks old. Well sorry not to add photos but there is still nothing worth looking at other than my new guy which is the ppp who is very much alive and strong at the moment and growing like a champ. Well im off ill add more later. Hope this at least entertained someone!

So that kush seed i said i had and planted well it might not quite be kush. It can actually be 1 of 8 different kinds of kind bud. A couple of the strains mentioned that i remember is white rhino which im hoping for, northern lights, skunk, or some kush. And i think some haze was mentioned but other than that i have no idea or anything.Well anyways for the update.

I have my first PPP and he is on his full 3rd leaf set just blowing up in size. DP(durban Poison) is recovering yet again from the nute burn and i just hop ehe recovers fully one day. He has some great new growth but not nearly as big as they should be by now. Seems like i just put him in the ground after that whole incident the other day. But he does have some nice new green growth. Also a white widow,power skunk, mystery seed,and my PPP mother all popped out of the ground since last time. I got my WW mother germing now and 1 about to pop out of the jiffy pot probably tmmrw. I have to get a fan for my grow room and finish it completely and take som epics and post em today. I hope i can get it where i can attach it im gonna try. That should be up later today in like 4 or 6 hours.

Anyways im taking my time now and waiting for nutes and gonna wait for it. I was trying to rush it last time and im glad that i only had some seeds as casualties. to bad they had to be paid seeds but im not to concerned with plenty seeds left and some mothers brewing which should be ready to clone off of in time to get em vegged out completly for the next batch to flower with. Oh and when i take pictures today i might take some of my other room and how its set up now without all the panda plastic so i can hear what you al think about it.

Well i cant get pics up at all so unless someone helps me (please do) i wont be getting any pics up anytime soon. Well anyways ive tried everything from changing the size and dimensions of the pictures so they would fit and it always says im missing a security token and it couldnt be processed. So i guess ill just fill you all in with words rather than pics even though pics are the best part of the whole thing.

Well my durban poison is looking awesome and continually filling out still. My ppp is freaking blowing up like usual. the mystery seed is also blowing up but hes kinda got a skinny look to him but he might fatten up there is still plenty of time for him to fill up but i am already curious as to what he is going to be. the rest of the white widow and other ppp mother are all doing fine. I got 5 out of the 8 lights running and temps are perfect.seems to me that 6 lights is just one to many so i keep only 5 on. Well im not posting next till i can get pics up and that might take some time im gonna try it on another computer as mine is a macintosh.

Sorry aint been on in awhile im gonna try to get some pics up today but who knows how thats gonna go but im gonna have someone help me that has already did it or is at least a little more tech savy.
anyways all is well.....the plants are all doing well growing like champs i wish i could get some pics up. anyways more to come in the future i think i might start to flower the durban poison in a weeks or 2 and let the others follow within the next 2 weeks. anyways i know no one is interested in this due to the lack of pictures its cool ill fix it here soon.
