Also run a fan to strengthen your stems for supporting heavy buds. Once you have a fan put the lights 2 inches above the plants so you don't get a strech

Clear containers are no good. Roots don't like light.

just make sure you get those seedlings out of the big tub before roots get tied up, and definately a fan

He's definitly right root rot bro, cover them with dark tape or aluminum foil.

There is a fan, and the roots wont have issues unless they grow to the edge of those containers where light can hit them. So just move them soon into 5 Gal buckets or whatever your going to use. Also drop/increase the lighting.

(The light issue is partially why you use Styrofoam cups but even they are not 100% light proof.)
