First Grow Newbie as Question

This is my first grow and i have no clue wot im doing just doing it for fun and wondering when can i flower my plant all i want is the tinyest bit of weed as im moving away and cant take my plant with me. so how many weeks do u think untill i can flower this plant? i just want the smallest bud ever lol.

this is an old photo the plant is about 3-4 inchs bigger but camera not working anymore!.

some do 12/12 from seed others wait till once it has four sets of real leaves. then there is the whole "foot tall" rule as in when its a foot tall it goes into 12/12 and that looks close enough that you could flower tomorrow i would think

yeah I'ts going to probably double in size during flower.....so with enough light you should be able to get some nice nugs.......

Flower right now if u want,its up to u,ull still get sumthin smokeable.
