First Grow... plants drooping, have pics please help!!!

hey guys, we're 27 days into the vegetative state, i took more pics yesterday may 4th. i had to move the light up a little just recently because it seemed as though the leaves were starting to burn, what do you think? On the other hand, the upper stems got a lot stronger but the lower part of the stems is still a little flimsy. Today, i purchased Jack's Classic fertilizer, 10-30-20 and 30-10-10. Which do you think i should use now, if any and how much? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Also, should we transplant now, we have 8 inch diameter pots, any other suggestions please, thanks!

Good job man looks like you fixed the problem, the plants look great, your gonna be really happy once they flower haha, and yeah you should transplant soon but not yet maybe wait 3-4 days.
