First Grow; Room setup question

I have a 10'x9' room in which I'm currently wrapping in some black&white poly. It's in my basement which I have already cleaned of mold. I only have 1 window in the room that is a 2'x1'. I am planning on placing a 4x4 tent in the room which I'll be growing in. I'm just taking extra precautions by wrapping the room in black&white poly 5.5 mil. but I was curious as to if that 1 window will be enough? I've been running a dehumidifier 24/7 in the meantime until I get the room done in which I will be purchasing a 14,000 btu air conditioner (person at the grow store told me to do) and a new dehumidifier.... what should I do about the window situation? Install an in-line fan? Leave it to negative pressure to resupply fresh air? I just want to make sure that there will be enough oxygen in the room, I am not sure if the air conditioning unit will take care of that for me. Any feedback is positive feedback for me, even critique or constructive criticism. I just need some assistance please.

Thank you ahead of time!

Their is a grow room paint that is 98% reflectablity (tested) it's a flat white with medal flakes (PM me for were to purchase) Your poly will work just find ans will also be good for the window -by the looks of it one of your main concerns will be air circulation, ect. Consider getting "meters, ect to start till you the hang of your new set-up. Looks like it's going to be a nice big one !!!!!!!!!! with good air you will have good O2

Thanks for the input, I'll definitely check out some of that flat white paint with metal flakes in it. Is that 1 window going to be an issue or do you think if I get a large enough A/C unit like a 14,000 BTU, that will do the trick with recirculating the air? I just don't want to purchase a massive A/C unit like that and have it not even work that well and waste all of that money. Crap is expensive

There is a formula for "cfm's" which gives you the proper # of cfm's needed for your grow space - this is in relation to fan use , the cfm's are located on the fans box

Everything you need to buy is at amazon for way cheaper then your hydro store i would get a 440 cfm fan for your veg and flower and i would use enclosed hoods. Then i would buy two cheap $20 240 cfm 6" inline fans one for fresh air and one for venting the heat from the ac. I built a box around my ac to hold the heat then i use my fan to suck out the heat. I really would have alot of fresh air unless your using co2 otherwise never to much fresh air and yes you want your room to be negative pressure. I went to harbor freight and got a speed controller for cheap. I put that on my fresh air and keft the exhaust full speed. So the 440 cfm fan for the lights and a 240 cfm for fresh air and another 240 cfm for exhaust alot of air movment. Believe me you need it. Also i put my ac at 87 just incase im cheap and dont wanna pay high electric bills. With fresh air you can get away with some heat. Co2 though you can run hotter abd get awesome results.
